We're back from vacation. Full of energy for the next working year. And good intentions. We, too, we have one for you: be kind to your skin. Especially after a holiday in the sun your skin needs extra attention. Sun and sea tend to dehydrate the skin. Lifestyle during the holidays, is also not always ideal for our health and our skin. A couple of glasses too, exposure to cigarette smoke (active or passive) and short nights (who does not stay up late during the holidays?) Leave their traces. It is now therefore a 'skin boost' intensive. We did a little program for you. 


 
Facial cleansing When we return with skin tanned the temptation to expose the least possible water and soap is great. We have the idea to wash off your tan (and the precious memories of holidays). After the holiday, however, is very important to clean the skin. Start your cure 'post holiday' with a gentle scrub, and facial for the body. With the passing of days, the skin tends to be more 'gray'. With the scrub, your skin regains its splendor and appears fresh and reborn again. And if you have time ... It is even better, a visit to the beautician for a deep skin cleansing and targeted.



Cleanse Always cleanse, morning and evening skin care. Thorough daily cleaning is the secret to beautiful skin. Promettetevi that from now on, you will always (even at night when you're tired!)


Protect Another good intention was never go out without a sunscreen. Each time skin is exposed unprotected, the sun leaves its traces.

No alcohol Limited at least in your week 'spa' the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is - like smoking - harmful to the skin. Dehydrates the skin and makes it dull. A good appetizer, tasty and healthy, is the classic tomato juice with a little 'of Tabasco and black pepper.

Healthy Eating Take care during your weeks 'spa' your power. Yes to fruits and vegetables. Reduced as much fat as possible. Start your day with fresh fruit and whole grain products. Lunch prepared salad, dressed with oil and lemon. In the evening, opt for fish or lean meat with a side of vegetables.

Early to bed Look for at least a week to go to bed early. The skin is recharged mainly at night. Apply before bed a good cream and catch up on sleep lost during the holidays.

One week 'spa' If you really want to give 'truce' to your skin, go for a week 'spa':

Moisturize Once the skin is thoroughly clean, apply a moisturizing mask. Do not forget to also treat the neck, décolleté and - if necessary - even the backs of hands and feet. Sensitive areas that are 'suffering' the sun. Use a moisturizer suitable for your skin. Treat yourself, if your skin is very dry, a little care in a serum-based ultra-moisturizing and nourishing.
